Everything you need to know for your stay
- Cancellation up to 60 days before arrival: free of charge
- Cancellation 60 to 30 days before arrival: € 100.00 processing fee
- Cancellation 30 to 3 days before arrival: 70 % cancellation fee on the total price
- Cancellation from 2 days before arrival, late arrival or early departure or no-show: 100 % of the holiday price
You will receive the Kronplatz Guest Pass from us for the duration of your stay. This allows you to use all public transport throughout South Tyrol free of charge. More detailed information is available at our reception.
- Use of a double room as a single room: 60 % surcharge
- For bookings of less than 3 nights there is a surcharge of 10%.
- You pay between € 15.00 and € 25.00 per dog per night (without food).
- Parking space in the underground car park: € 15.00 per night
- Loan fee for the bathrobe (only in summer): € 8.00
- Laundry service for a fee
In addition to the room rate, a local tax of €3.20 per person per night is payable locally for guests aged 14 and over.
