Use of a double room as a single room: 60 % surcharge
For bookings of less than 3 nights there is a surcharge of 10%.
You pay between € 15.00 and € 25.00 per dog per night (without food).
Parking space in the underground car park: € 15.00 per night
Loan fee for the bathrobe (only in summer): € 8.00

The booking is binding as soon as you have paid a deposit of 30% of the total price by bank transfer (see bank details) or via Smart Pay.

Children up to 0.99 years: € 35.00 per night (cot included in the room)
Children from 1 to 5.99 years: 60 % discount
Children from 6 to 11.99 years: 40 % discount
Extra bed: 20 % discount

You will receive the Kronplatz Guest Pass from us for the duration of your stay. This allows you to use all public transport throughout South Tyrol free of charge. More detailed information is available at our reception.

In addition to the room rate, a local tax of €3.20 per person per night is payable locally for guests aged 14 and over.

To ensure that you do not incur any additional costs if you are unable to go on holiday, we recommend that you take out Travel Cancellation Cover Hotel Cancellation Plus. This is very easy to do via Smart Pay.

Cancellation up to 60 days before arrival: free of charge
Cancellation 60 to 30 days before arrival: € 100.00 processing fee
Cancellation 30 to 3 days before arrival: 70 % cancellation fee on the total price
Cancellation from 2 days before arrival, late arrival or early departure or no-show: 100 % of the holiday price

We accept credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) and cash payments (please note: Cash payments are only permitted in Italy up to a maximum amount of €5,000.00). However, we do not accept American Express, Diners Club or cheques. Thank you for your understanding.

The room price is per person and night with half board and all the inclusive services.
