We have compiled all the information about your holiday with us at the Hotel Mirabel in Alta Badia for you here and sorted it alphabetically. If you still have any questions, please don't hesitate to call us or send us an e-mail. We look forward to your visit!

We serve our evening menu from 7.00 pm to 8.30 pm in the dining room.

If you are travelling by public transport or plane, we will be happy to organise a taxi to pick you up from the train station or airport (for an extra charge).

Our hotel has rooms that are suitable for allergy sufferers. Please simply ask when booking.

On the day of arrival, your room will be available from 2.00 pm. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the room by 10.00 am.

Use of a double room as a single room: 60 % surcharge
For bookings of less than 3 nights there is a surcharge of 10%.
You pay between € 15.00 and € 25.00 per dog per night (without food).
Parking space in the underground car park: € 15.00 per night
Loan fee for the bathrobe (only in summer): € 8.00
Laundry service for a fee

All rooms have a bathroom with shower and WC, shower gel/shampoo and hairdryer, mini fridge, balcony, safe, telephone and satellite TV - all rooms with wooden parquet flooring.

Our hotel has barrier-free rooms. Just ask when booking.

Our 3- and 4-bed rooms are particularly suitable for families with small children. Just ask when booking.

We have a holiday flat for 3 to 5 people, located just a few metres from the hotel in a private house. You can book both breakfast and half board on request. Please simply ask when booking.

Our breakfast buffet is available for you in the dining room from 7.30 am to 10.30 am.

Would you like to travel as a group? Just let us know when you book and we can organise a bus to take you directly to the Hotel Mirabel in Alta Badia.

Dogs are very welcome in our hotel. However, they are not allowed in the dining room and wellness area. Thank you for your understanding.

You will receive the Kronplatz Guest Pass from us for the duration of your stay. This allows you to use all public transport throughout South Tyrol free of charge. More detailed information is available at our reception.

The panoramic terrace is open daily in summer from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm. The wellness area is open in summer from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm. In winter from 14.30 to 19.00.
